So this is christmas...(Back when it was 2008) [Part 2]

...continuing where we left off. After that glorious dinner, we headed over to the local church to attend their Christmas candle lit service. Couldn't get any pictures of it cuz alot of people were already there but here's one of when everything was over.

Since this is the first time I'm in Scotland at a suitable age i.e at an age where I can drink legally, I joined my sis, aunt and uncle at a party hosted by the owner of the dog (Kiera) pictured below. I think they go every year after the Christmas service so it was nice to tag along and see what it was like. Not surprisingly, alot of drinks were consumed and we were all a little tipsy because of it. But it was good fun...haha.
My sis getting a surprise birthday cake on the stroke of midnight.

The next morning, it was my sis' birthday so it was the first order of business in the morning. Celebrate her birthday in the morning, open Christmas presents later.

Well, that concludes the time spent at my aunt's place over the Christmas holidays. Everything but the nagging gets a 2 thumbs up. Haha, if u're reading this, auntie valerie, I still love u! Once my parents left to head back to sunny Singapore, there wasn't much to do and a few ppl were abit teary-eyed. The next day was to be spent packing everything and heading back home to my halls to prepare for my trip to Berlin and Paris with Amy but more on that later....head over to her blog if u can't wait ("If it's alright with you"...left hand side).
To be continued...
P.S. I've received all the cards and parcels sent over! Thanks girls. I really appreciate it...look forward to hearing more from u all soon. Have a good 2009, everyone!
