If I can cook, so can you!!

Last night, I was feeling particularly adventurous so I choose to try making Mee Goreng as described by Asian Home Gourmet. Here's the packaging the paste came in.


A mix of prawns and squid as seafood
and 2 eggs beaten
Egg spaghetti noodles
One Onion, two Tomatoes
(I only used 1 tomato in the end, it was huge!)

Looks good, no? It tasted pretty good as well, especially considering I pretty much guessed my way through the whole thing. Shared it with Dave and Stef and they gave glowing reviews as well so I was pleased with my attempt. There are several other options to get too, like chicken curry or chicken rice. Live and learn.
