Dreams, dreams, dreams

Been remembering more of my dreams lately. Could be because I haven't been sleeping as well as I should. There have been many variations but there's been one similarity in most of them.
Whenever I'm running, I can't seem to run anywhere. I am able to run at a normal speed for a small distance and when it comes to a critical point, I seem to struggle to maintain my speed. It seems like I'm running through mud and I'm sluggish.
Last night, I had this dream where I forgot my laptop on the bus. Realising my mistake, I ran after the bus. I couldn't see it but I knew where it stopped. At this point, I was running normally. Getting to an intersection, I could see a small portion of the bus at the far side (it was blocked by a building). It was a busy intersection and I had to run across it. Just as I start to run across, I turn sluggish and struggle to reach the road divider. By this time, the traffic lights have already turned green and cars are speeding towards me. I manage to make it to the divider in time by grabbing onto a pole and pulling myself across but when I try to make my way across the 2nd half, I see this car coming and I know I won't make it in time. I start to panic and look down.
And woke up after that.
It used to be I had dreams that I couldn't brake in time. Now, I can't seem to run away fast enough. On the upside, I have been having some very nice dreams but they are making me very very confused.
