Time marches on...ploughing a rut thru space, dragging everything in it's path, little or big, insignificant or monumental. And so, bound by the chains of responsibility and traditions, we are dragged along the way in the ever-changing wonder we call life.
As time passes, things change. That is a fact, plain and simple. What we do, how we adapt, how we accept these changes are what cause us to grow as human beings.
And so, a friend passes a stage in his life and moves on to the next level. The transition is never easy, for both parties. The nights u spent with him/her, the days wandering with him/her, the talks about nothing yet everything will have to be put on hold while the other party goes thru an impt phase in his/her life.....alone. We may not like it but who says we have a choice in another person's life? It's all abt the process of growth, of discovery or sometimes, of duty. So do not be sad you miss him/her, do not yearn for them to be around becuz chances are, they yearn for you too, to not have to leave... Instead, be glad that they have the chance to mature, to grow as a person, so when they come back, and they definitely will, it will be a new experience getting to know the person you once knew so well. That feeling of making a new friend from an old one.
